Carton Drop Test

Standard: ISTA-1A

Height: See Comment x 10times (1 corner/3 edges/6 sides), Carton should not break, unit box should not be damaged, and no product should be damaged. (At least 1carton per style of packaging)

Barcode Scan Test

The barcode should be correct and scanned correctly & easily.

Rub Test

Use cotton dripped with alcohol or water, rub the marking on rating label and silk-screen printing or electro-plating by hand for 15 seconds. Marking is clear after the test, no peel off or blurry

Adhesion Test

Use the 3M (600) gummed tape to paste total cover the printing or electro-plating, peel the tape at 90°±30° rapidly; Marking is clear after the test, no peel off on plating.

Running test

Keep unit in continuous function at maximum settings or cycles for minimum 4 hours, if applicable.
